Refund policy
 

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered only if the following conditions are met:

  • You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds will only be issued for valid claims, such as issues with payment or unauthorized transactions.

  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. All sales are final unless the above criteria are met.
     

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund request is approved, we will process and credited within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
 

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account.
 

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
 

7. Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the regular refund policy will apply.
